Information collected (and how it is used):
The information Stadsing A/S collects is first and foremost your name and e-mail address.
Information pertaining to your usage of the newsletters, including data on whether the newsletter is opened, time spend with the newsletter opened, and whether any links are accessed meanwhile, are gathered by our e-mail marketing system.
If you access any of the links in our newsletter on our homepage and you accept our use of cookies, please note, we will be able to attain further information about you.

Information is used for
When you subscribe to our newsletter, your e-mail address is used for distribution of our newsletters where you will receive up-to-date offers, news, latest information, inspiration and ideas, competitions, how-tos and tricks of the trade as well as other promotional material. Furthermore, we will be able to use your e-mail address for distributing e-mails providing information about our business and newsletters.
Beyond this, we will not use your e-mail address for any other purposes.
The information Stadsing A/S automatically collects about your use of our newsletters as well as your possible points of interest is used only to improve our services and will allow us to focus on your interests and adapt accordingly.

Newsletters are published around 6 times a year. We send you our newsletter and other information whenever there is news and information relevant for you. We aim to limit our number of newsletters pr. year in order to assure that the content of the newsletters is relevant and topical and to avoid filling up your inbox.

Typically, you can expect to receive a newsletter from us about 6 – 8 times per year.

Storing information
Your information is securely stored and will be handled confidentially. We, and our subcontractors, have implemented the necessary technically and structurally safety measures, which protects against misuse of your data. These safety measures also prevent access by unauthorized sources, as well as involuntarily or illegal destruction of data, loss or deterioration of data, or in other way handling of data against regulations pertaining to The Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data (LOV no. 502 of 23/05/2018).
Your e-mail address is stored for as long as you subscribe to our newsletter. If you cancel your subscription your e-mail address will be erased from our list of (newsletter?) recipients/subscribers. 
Please note we might have obtained your information in another context.
This information will not be affected by your cancellation. Thus your information will continuously to be handled in accordance with current legislation.

Change your contact information
If you want to change your contact information you are free to do so at any time. You can either unsubscribe your newsletter and then resubscribe or you can contact us at [email protected].

Cancel your newsletter subscription
At any time, you can cancel your subscription by clicking on the link “Cancel subscription”, which you will find in our newsletters. Consequently you will no longer receive any communication from us, unless you have consented to it.
