Stadsing A/S gives you reassurance and security when you shop.

The following terms and conditions shall apply to all deliveries from Stadsing A/S. Conditions apply in cases where there is no other agreement between you as a buyer and Stadsing A/S.

Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order, you receive an order confirmation e-mail giving details of the product/products you have purchased.

IMPORTANT:
Upon delivery, we recommend that the package is thoroughly checked, so shipping damage can be detected already at delivery. If the item is not in order of receipt, or if you find hidden damage to the goods (where there has been no visible signs on the packaging), please contact Stadsing A/S by phone at no, +45 70 15 34 00 or [email protected] as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. Damaged products must NEVER be used before you have had a dialogue with Stadsing A S's customer service.

We recommend that complaints about hidden damage discovered after unpacking, will be made no later than the next working day at 12.00 am., as this eases the burden of proof to the carrier/storage significantly.

If the packaging is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you note this on the waybill when you acknowledge the receipt. However, you should refuse delivery of the goods if the goods are clearly damaged. Then please contact Stadsing A/S in order to agree on how to solve the matter.

If you live secluded, has a garage or the like can be agreed that the goods are made without a receipt. This will then be on his own responsibility according to any theft. injuries like If desired, it can be noted in the comment box for ordering.

Stadsing A/S supplies products to all VAT registered addresses. If you are not VAT registered, you can either choose to have the item delivered to a company you have access and permission to use as a receiver (or a job) or you can collect the product from Danish Fragtmænd on their terminal.

Price and payment
All prices are ex. VAT, packing charges and environmental fees. If Stadsing A/S's costs increase as a result of increases in labor, freight or insurance, customs, duties, taxes, exchange rates or other conditions that are beyond Stadsing A/S's influence, Stadsing A/S reserves the right to regulate prices to cover them without prior notice. The buyer is required to obtain information on applicable prices.

You can order your items online and pay with MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express. When paying by credit card you will be charged 3,75% of the purchase.

If payment is by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have the option to refuse payment when you receive your payment history. The amount is withdrawn only when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. On your bank statement transfers to Stadsing A/S will be indicated as "Stadsing A/S".

Stadsing A/S's payment terms are 20 days net, subject to satisfactory credit information and unless otherwise agreed. If payment is not made in time, we calculate a monthly rate of 1.5% from the due date until payment is made. By sending a reminder charged a fee totaling ¬ 13.45. Reservations for pricing errors, omissions excepted, etc..
In the event of pricing errors, sold out or obsolete items, typos, or force majeure Stadsing A/S reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the agreement or defer delivery.

Under force majeure fall primarily labor disputes, war or military call, blockades, barriers, political unrest, government intervention of any kind, lack of drive means or circumstances, moreover, beyond Stadsing A/S' control and which affects Stadsing A/S' options to meet its delivery obligations.

Stadsing A/S assumes responsibility only for injuries that our products may cause, if they are used exactly as prescribed in the safety data sheet and product sheets.

Shipping
Deliveries in Denmark dispatched D.D.P. (Delivery Duty Paid) according to Incoterms 2000. This means that freight and insurance paid by Stadsing A / S, for the transfer of risk takes place at point of delivery. Delivery of products from Stadsing A / S is free of charge when purchasing over $ 1300.00. For purchases less charged a fee of $ 110.00 per. order. Deliveries to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Iceland shipped FOB Danish port (Free On Board) according to Incoterms 2000. If the buyer wants a transmission method that differs from normal seller, the buyer is charged for the full freight cost. Gaps and delays
Delay in delivery shall not entitle the seller for damages. If there are deficiencies in the delivered goods, the buyer within 8 days after delivery may require repair or replacement according Stadsing A / S's choice. Buyer can only cancel the agreement if, there is a significant deficiency and Stadsing A/S fails to cure / seller to replace within a reasonable time. Only if the contract is terminated, the buyer can claim damages from Stadsing A / S, and such compensation shall never exceed the agreed purchase price for the delivered goods.

The correction does not include cases each missing because the delivery has not been maintained and used in full compliance with applicable regulations, improper or inappropriate use, modifications or technical changes without Stadsing A / S's prior written consent of extraordinary influences, repairs performed by workshops other than those approved by Stadsing A / S, or using non-original parts or accessories. Parts of the delivery is not made of Stadsing A / S, are replaced only to the same extent as the seller obtains compensation from Stadsing A / S 'subcontractors. Consequential damages, including driftstag, time, profit or other indirect losses will not be replaced.

Intended purpose
In connection with the sale of products, the buyer, through safety data sheets and product labels, or otherwise made familiar with the product's proper use and properties to an extent which allows the purchaser to assess the product's usability. Handed out brochures or safety data sheets will not be automatically replaced by new versions, however, respected legal requirement to update the material safety data sheets. Before use, the buyer must decide whether the product is suitable for the intended task, and the buyer bear all risk and responsibility by using the product. It is the buyer in case of resale to disclose the information received.

Liability for damage caused (product liability)
For product damage not covered by the law on product liability, the seller is liable only if it is proved that the damage caused by fault or neglect of Stadsing A/S, or others that he is responsible. Stadsing A/S shall not be liable for damage to products manufactured by the buyer, or products incorporating such products. Stadsing A/S shall not be liable for loss of earnings or other indirect losses. These limitations of Stadsing A/S's liability shall not apply if the company has been guilty of gross negligence. For product damage not covered by the law on product liability, the seller is in any case only be liable to the extent obtained coverage under the Stadsing A/S signed product liability insurance. Stadsing A/S 'liability for product damage to property, which by their nature are intended for non-commercial use and is primarily used by the claimant accordingly and the seller's responsibility for product damage to persons regulated by the Law on product liability.

Governing, Law and Jurisdiction
The Parties undertake to seek any discrepancies resolved by negotiation. In the absence of amicable settlement resolved the dispute between Stadsing A/S and buyer by Danish law at Stadsing A/S's home jurisdiction.

Returns for purchases in shop.
You have unlimited return policy on items purchased from Stadsing A/S, as long as you return the product within 30 days in same condition as you received it, which is unused and in original packaging.

If you wish to return an unused item, please fill out our return form. On the form, please indicate if you arrange for transportation to our warehouse. In all cases, you pay for the return yourself. You can also avail yourself of your return by denying receipt of the goods at your residence.

Once goods have been returned to our warehouse, we check the product's condition. If goods are not returned in the intact original packaging, you do this also solely responsible for the condition during transport.

We transfer the final round sum to the means of payment within 14 days after we receive the product. (See the unlimited right of return as well).

Purchase of dispensers from WeCare® and Katrin

All WeCare® and Katrin dispensers are incl. a 2-year dispenser rental agreement on consumables, with the exception of stainless steel dispensers.

Conditions for the dispenser rental agreement:

• The rental agreement runs for min. 2 years
• The rented exemptions remain the property of Stadsing A/S and must be returned at the end of the rent period.
• Only products purchased from Stadsing A/S may be used in the exemptions
• If Stadsing products are not used in the exemptions, an invoice of DKK 400 per PCS.
• As long as the exemptions are under this contract, they are covered by a lifetime guarantee
• This, however, lapses due to vandalism, violence or the like
• The rental agreement does not include any use of batteries
• Transfer of dispensers to third parties or transfer of dispensers to another address may only take place with Stadsing A/S approval
